Maximum Annual Income Amounts for each Sliding Fee Percentage Category (except for 0 percent discount)

This chart extends the 2026 Federal Sliding Fee Scale to include households of up to 10 people. The 100% baseline increases by $5,680 for each additional family member after the first person.​

Quick Reference for Clients:

  • Slide A (0-100%): Client pays 20.00.

  • Slide B-E (101-200%): Client pays the percentage-based discount of:

  • Jess Simpson Counseling Services Standard Counseling Fee.

  • Verification: Updated every February or once the official HHS guidelines are released.

 

 

*Based on the 2024 Federal Poverty Guidelines for the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Please note that there are separate guidelines for Alaska and Hawaii, and that the thresholds would differ for sites in those two states. Sites in Puerto Rico and other outlying jurisdictions would use the above guidelines.

CLIENT NOTICE:

No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

Discounts for First Responders are offered as well.
